Mark is a North Carolina State Bar Board Certified Specialist in Workers’ Compensation Law with extensive experience before the North Carolina Industrial Commission and state appellate courts. The founder of the former Sumwalt Law Firm, Mark brings over 39 years of experience to Sumwalt Anderson.

Rick is an accomplished attorney in the areas of catastrophic personal injury, medical negligence, and workers’ compensation. Formerly a partner at Price Petho & Anderson, Rick brings over 27 years of experience to Sumwalt Anderson.

Our legal team also includes associate attorney Lauren Walker, who has been practicing with Sumwalt Law Firm since 2013.
